When you invest in a new heating and cooling system with us and operate the system in accordance with the manufacturer’s operating and maintenance manuals and have us perform annual maintenance, our “No Lemon” Guarantee provides you with the ultimate peace of mind protection. In the event your heating & cooling system installation fails within the ﬁrst 5 years from the date of installation, we’ll replace the entire unit with a new one at our expense. If you’ve ever bought a “lemon” before and experienced the hassle and frustration of trying to get the company to stand behind their product, you’ll truly appreciate our commitment to your long-term satisfaction.

Energy Savings Guarantee

We are so confident that, if your current system is over 15 years old, when you invest in a complete 16 SEER or higher efficiency system (furnace, evaporator coil and condenser) provided by us and paid for by you, you will save at least 25% on your cooling and heating bills (we are projecting more 30% to 50% savings) that we will pay you double the difference for a year if you don’t. There is no way you can lose. Your lower utility bills will help make your payments. And we’ll double your savings if you save less than 25%. Simply put, “your new high efficiency system will save you at least 25% on your cooling and heating bills or we will double the difference for one year if you don’t! $500 On-Time Completion Guarantee

If we do not have your new system operating by the date promised, we will pay you $500 for your inconvenience. Your time is valuable. That’s why we guarantee to be completed in the time agreed upon by you the customer. (Our Trane Systems- Applies to Complete A/C & Heat or Heat only system).

Property Protection Guarantee

Your property – such as lawns, shrubbery, furniture, floors, walls, and ceilings are protected during service. Damaged property will be replaced or repaired. Protective shoe covers and runners will be used in all work traffic areas.

Parts & Labor Guarantee

We guarantee that all new systems and equipment we install for residential customers will perform as we have stated and agreed upon when it is maintained and operated according to the manufacturer’s operating and maintenance manuals. We provide a 1-Year labor warranty guarantee, in addition to a 10 Year parts replacement for all new equipment installations breakdown or part failure. This does not include maintenance related problems. The manufacturer of furnaces and air conditioners may void this warranty without proper annual maintenance.
