Nardco Heating & Air Conditioning has been locally owned and operated since 1961. Dave and Ramona Sylvester started Nardco back in the 60s to help serve the families of Madison County. It’s an honor to be here today representing the foundation they laid. In the 80s they turned the business over to their daughter, Connie and Son in Law Jim Millikan. Jim and Connie built Nardco into the company it is today, one you can trust and count on for your heating and cooling needs. Near the end of 2020, Seth Parker was introduced to Jim through a mutual friend at his church. Seth is honored that Jim chose him to lead Nardco and its amazing group of employees into the next generation. Luckily, Jim didn’t go too far, Seth is grateful for his friendship and mentorship, it has been a blessing to him. Seth sees it as his duty to be a good steward of the Company Dave, Ramona, Connie and Jim built over the last 60+ years.

Nardco is proud to be serving Madison County and its passionate residents. Nardco has many loyal long-standing customers, like many of you today, that they are very thankful for.
